To support HIV/AIDS patients and provide medical care to women and children

Medical Care Provision

- Provides on-site medical care child mothers, their children and other vulnerable children in the district

- Provides basic treatment (malaria, supplemental feeding) and makes referrals to major hospitals

- Aids child mothers to access pre and post natal care

- Assists women to receive yearly gynecologist check ups

- Identifies HIV+ patients and facilitates their access to ARVs

- Provides counseling to people living with HIV/AIDS and their communities to reduce the social stigma associated with the disease

Future Goal

CCF aims to open a Health Center in Pader Town Council that specializes in children under the age of 12. The Health Center will provide quality health services and easy access to the community and the school.

Support to HIV/AIDS patients : Seeds of Love

Seeds of Love is a group of Christian women from various churches trained in Christian response to traumatic experiences who provide home-base care and counseling to HIV/AIDS patients within their communities.

Besides visiting patients, they mentor child-headed households, elderly person caring for many children, and vulnerable families. CCF funds many of their activities and follows up on the referrals of families or children who require special attention.
